I get that the comparison to farming may not be 100 % accurate, I was just trying to illustrate that as industries amalgamate, and competitive pressures have their effects, that efficiency gains ,or moving to lower cost areas doesn't necessarily add to the margin, it only preserves or maintains the current margins. |
