Jesup, IA | My concern is that these academics are the source for a lot of what Ag Media publishes.
70 bu beans, if you indeed harvested them across any or all of your acres, are a great calm in the grain farming storm. But I'm sure it will be contorted by Bloomberg, Reuters, etc. into a headline like "U.S. Farmers Reap Windfall on Massive Soy Harvest."
I really think this falls into the category of what President Eisenhower said about agriculture; "Farming looks mighty easy when your plow is a pencil and you're a thousand miles from the corn field."
