| The target audience are the landowners who are reluctant to lower rent based on market conditions. Most likely suburbanites that inherited farmland and are isolated from rural economics. He cherry picked an ubreseonably high yield only a select few reached. People would use that number as standard and if you didn't get it you whereby farming right. It isn't any different then someone using past high prices and acting as if it was easy to sell your whole crop at the high. | |
