My "other" job is owning an exterior remodeling company. You want to talk about over reach! I have a guy that helps me with siding occasionally. He was working in Minneapolis about two years ago. The OSHA guy walked up and in 3 mins he had $13,000 in fines. I am all for doing things safely, but they take it to an extreme. If every construction site was set up according to OSHA rules it would dramatically increase the price of any work done.

As a contractor, I can sympathies with you. OSHA is beyond ridiculous, they make it incredibly hard to do any job. I honestly think you could find things in your average daycare that OSHA would fine us for. Most farmers have no idea how good they have it when it comes to regulations.
