SCKS | I've had to many people complain about how you make the transition down to the walkout level. A lot of people I deal with aren't capable of doing anything for themselves so I shouldn't make a generalization. There are a lot of ways to work the grade down with retaining walls or some type of low maintenance ground cover but most people always complain about getting to steep to mow if they try to grass the transition. If it were mine I would have poured wing walls with stamped brick look on the exposed side. | |
