Why does this matter?
When you're in an area with limited groundwater supply the rate of usage makes a great deal difference to the family's quality of life. Length / frequency of showering and toilet flushing can mean the difference between having water flow from the taps and having nothing for the whole house. When I was young, my brother and sister and I had only weekly baths, and the tub was not drained inbetween.
Also, Ontario has the highest power rates in country, |
