Nebraska | Ok more questions.
My close neighbor does bagger rental it's either 8' or 10'. 8' being a Uni-press which I've never seen or heard of and he tells me it does a comparable job to a versa-bagger?
His 10' are all versa-baggers.
Had a different guy make mine last year and was a 9' versa bagger and did ok job. Tractor wasn't big enough 50% of problem for good packing.
Anyhow 2-8'x250' equal probably 210' packed silage in each bag would make 420 ton as fed.
Anybody use a Uni-press bagger. So far most impressive bagger to me is a versa bagger packin wise. I don't want to end up regretting using a smaller bAgger and not being happy with it. Maybe I should find somebody else?
I will be putting innoculant on also as I mix feed 1x a day but feed 2x
