East central South Dakota | Testing is done with a meter placed in basement for a few days. Monitors the air quality. Mitigation is done with many $100 bills and the stupidest contraption placed over your sump hole and an unsightly exhaust fan on the side of your house.
We were forced to do this when wel sold out house a few years ago. "Luckily" we got the only realtor in town that requires this. Seems as if it was about $2,000 or so
