I have similar concerns and thoughts, but don't want to trip over my own obstinance if I really need to buck up and share some information if I get actionable intelligence in return. The subscription cost isn't so high if there is return, but there seems to be a fair bit of overhead time in gathering and submitting data.
Plot data shows we are planting successful genetics, but don't know about population/in-field yields. Maybe this would be one way to find out.
I have a suspicion that replacing a retail brand name with a generic wholesale product is an easy way to show huge initial ROI, but if you are already using generic wholesale chemicals, is there a savings?
