What are your future goals? I've never used or heard of the other option so no help there. If you have an SMS question, have at it. 

If you plan on using SMS mobile, going forward you'll need a Windows 7, 8, 10 etc device to run SMS Mobile PC. The version that ran on Windows Mobile isn't supported since Windows mobile isn't supported by Windows anymore.

Or you can use their Agfiniti login in a browser of an iPad or something and do it that way w/out using SMS Mobile at all for the sampling. I'm doing both at various times right now.
