Subject: RE: chiro care on medicare

NW Iowa
My wife, who is on Medicare went to a chiro to be treated for pressure in one ear. He did whatever he does to cure it and sent her home. He told her if this treatment does the job there is no need to come back. Her ear pressure was relieved so she did not go back. I assume Medicare paid for it because she didn't say anything. She would have been vocal about it if Medicare did not pay.

I have never been treated by a chiro. My mother was a medical nurse who started her career in the mid-1940's and she had nothing good to say about them after seeing people permanently damaged by chiros of that era. Today's chiros are much more professionally schooled than the ones from the early days.
