You don't need lime as your ph is alkaline, what you need is to reduce both Mg and pH if possible, what you need is gypsum (provides Ca also), AMS and elemental S, watching K evolution due to the risk of leaching.when sulfates are applied.
Regarding KMag I don't recommend it as you are trying to reduce Mg, if you need K use SOP (better because of de sulfate) but if it's very expensive go for K Muriate.
