Not the first time I have done this but it seems every time I get different directions. Directions say avoid foods with seeds [ flax seeds, corn, nuts, berries, etc.]. So how about snapbeans, southern peas, squash, rice. Just what can I eat. I will call someone tomorrow but I am supposed to start diet tonight.
