From what I can find asking others every doctor or clinic that deals with doing this will give somewhat different directions especially for the week before. My wife did call the Dr office yesterday to get some more info. Some things they say really makes me wonder if they really have a clue as to what they are telling you. They said it would be alright to eat my oatmeal this week but to leave the raisins out. I can't have squash or snapbeans but I can eat peas. There was some more that didn't really make sense but don't remember them now. I could have white rice.
