Dvr - 8/11/2016 21:12 I want to smoke a 6# turkey breast. I am pretty new at this. What temp and how many hrs should I plan on?

I would use 250-275. Plan for about 2.5-4 hours. Use a meat thermometer or a pop up button. Smoked turkey is one of my faves. mmm good. If you are taking it somewhere I suggest putting in a crock pot with about a quarter cup water and some butter after slicing. Put the butter pats on top and when it melts down through the meat you're good to go. Man you've got me wanting some now.
