The folks on ebay & sometimes Amazon that sell the ink cartridges that are still shrink wrapped, but not in a box, are from the starter packs that come with the printers on retail purchases. They never have a box, but are obviously hermetically sealed....whatever that means. Doesn't look like it was done at someone's home with a Popeil "Seal-A-Meal".
Where do these ink sales outfits get all the "starter" packs?
