Our 568 does that too. Maybe one out of 50 bales. I think it is fairly common, and it seems the stemmy hay probably pokes it while wrapping or something. I did have the monitor set on 71, then I changed it to 68.5 this year and had less problems. When mine does that it's usually on the right side, and the net always wraps on the top roller.
