Warren County, Mo | I've been hearing that antibiotic treatment using a dart gun (as in out in the pasture) isn't very effective... anyone have any experience using one? I found two steers last night (Herefords) that appear to have pink eye and I would prefer not having to try to bring them all the way in from the pasture if possible.
They are about 800 lbs right now other than that issue, they eat great, are attentive and alert.
Other option I guess would be mass treatment in the water tank.
