North of London | I assume from your post the machine is the same.
the head of the laundry division here says,, did you change soap? or anything else?
Consider that even if you are still buying the same brand the manufacturer may have changed the soap.
Different water will react to soaps differently so a change in soap might be a thing to try.
BTW laundry division is happy with her front loading efficient machine.
Says it works fine and is not as hard on the clothes as the old top loading style machines.
BTW she claims really hot water helps with really dirty clothes and our water is unhealthily hot since we opened the safety valve up and use water heated from the wood furnace much of the year. | |
