Wrong.
On a dry mater basis one ton of distillers cost $120 and has 580 lb of protein.
If a calf has a feed conversion of 6:1 on distillers your calf would have to have to get a conversion of 2:1 to make up for the fact that it is 3 x more expensive.
Like I said I am not selling either just putting the math out there
