Southern Lower Michigan | I did my 8830 a few years ago. I got the parts from Worthington Tractor Parts. I don't have the part Numbers, but they are the same 540 gear set, used in the TW5 to 8730 Ford. You get a bottom gear to replace the spacer, and a double gear for the top, that replaces the single gear on the top shaft.
The 540 stub shaft is the same one used in the 7710 on up. Also need to change a bearing on the top gear.
It is a fairly simple job.
