| This reminds me of a similar problem I had with a 1460 many years ago ,its a long story so i'll just give the important details
Make sure your feeder chain slats are not bent up or inward , if they are they can't grab the material , bend them back straight or even a little bit extra so they reach out when coming around
Also if you have smooth slats , welding little burs on the leading edge every inch or two will make a big difference . GOOD LUCK ROB | |
