Strathcona, mn | I'll concure to what was stated. I have a 8630 mfwd with a loader and a 8830. The trans is very user friendly. It allows you to program forward to reverse shifts a number of ways. About the only downfall is it isn't on the column as a left hand reverser. You can start out in any gear you choose. You don't ever have to use the clutch pedal if you don't want to. These tractors have a few quirks but overall have treated me well. Power steering system issues and hydraulic leaks are the most annoying issues. Pretty good tractors for not a huge amount of money. | |
