I've been with ST for a couple of years now. I think they are up to 5G of high speed. The only time we've ever hit that limit is when my wife let the kids watch Youtube and Netflix videos on her phone while in data mode. Nice thing is, you don't go over and get a massive extra data bill, you just get throttled back to 1x speed. I've never come close to the data limit and I do a LOT of surfing on it. It'd be cheaper to buy a second phone plan and have 10G of high speed for $97 a month than to have a contract plan on a single phone anywhere else.
