I'm in the same boat.. 4GLTE is the only decent speed I can get. I use the heck out of it between working from home 3 days a week and video... but pay quite a bit since the $30/month increase a few months ago. Looking at the article, the edit seems to imply that they'll only be going after users using over 100GB/month.. even as much as I use it I don't hit that limit.
