You need a display system that can utilize a 3D model of the pond and the only one I can think of that would use your John Deere RTK would be AMW. I believe they have the software for their display that would work. Maybe give Mark Williams a call.
If you only want control for 8" level lifts then the FMX would work and be able to use your GPS.
