Subject: gps scraper control to build a pond?

Naches, Wa
I know there are a lot of tools out there that control the scraper to level land, but my job is a bit different....

I need to build a pond.

Some of the area is going to be cut 3:1 slope down to the bottom and then a 3:1 embankment constructed with lifts 8in at a time (then rolled). Any thoughts on how best to accomplish it? Right now it has been guessing on the embankment lifts....instead of going up 8in at a time, it is probably more like 3-6; very uneven. It really adds a lot of time to the grading and compacting.

Advice?

Edit to add: currently have Deere 8360r and deere RTK equipment including base station.
