waterloo iowa | Years ago a bunch of us borrowed a motorhome a few times a year for ball games etc.We always had one guy that drank nothing on the way up and one on the way back. If we had gotten pulled over for speeding does that mean that someone who had never driven the motorhome could get an open container or drunk driving charge.If so a motorhome with 8 guys in it could be a windfall for a city/county that writes the ticket | |
