If your bar is rigid, I'd think all planter wheels would sink the same. The center ones may be off the ground if your tractor cut a deep enough rut.

Regardless, unless I'm missing something, if the air bags are all plumbed together, downforce should be equal I would think. You can't have 50 psi in one, and 100 in the next if they are all hooked together.
