Our Claas dealer, Nebraska Harvest Center, has been the best equipment service we have for that reason. They have come out late into the evening, early in the morning, Sunday etc. As long as they have the part, they are there with a full service truck to the machine. I've never had to take our combine or heads to the dealer location for anything.
