Agree that was great service but if it had not worked correctly all day why wait until quitting time to call for service. That service man has a family and a life, you went home, his boss went home and he worked all night to fix something that could have been fixed earlier in the day. Just bothers me what we expect sometimes. they didn't ask for them to come out then dealer said we'll "be" out. They were all right with them coming out the next day. 170 hrs on a new cutter with a bearing out, dealer many have wanted that fixed "now". |
