You could also pick up a used Agleader 1500 antenna fairly cheap, and hook directly to the PF Advantage, that way one less thing in the cab.
Good idea, the Ag Leader 1500 would plug right into the PF Advantage wiring harness. There would be no confusion on the power/ground danger that I mentioned above. The 1500 would get its power/ground and provide the GPS signal to the Advantage. The 1500 is a "Smart Antenna". All the electronics is in the antenna portion on the cab roof. The install and setup would be very easy. |
