id call it right on average harvest time. We've went as early as last week may to as late as last week jun.

It'd be hard to say more than normal. I mean to say if an acre of wheat straw were left unplanted, people might talk about it at the coffee shop lol.
I do believe total wheat acres here are down, getting to be fewer and fewer guys care to fool with harvesting in the middle of summer. Tell you though, here soybean acres are way up. Heard of several farmers switching 500, 700, 1200 acres, big chunks for various reasons. Some could have gone corn or beans and beans just price got so much better. Other acres it just got late and was awfully wet spring.
