Could very well be but Mr Denninger has done a lot of testing on glucose levels and A1C readings on himself and others that participate on his forum are not seeing the meat spike insulin levels either. He did report though that potatoes spike insulin levels quickly just like raw sugar does. Many that were borderline diabetic or already on medications for the disease have turned their numbers around and have either been able to get off the medication or reduce dosage levels by going low carb.

One needs to look at all the dietary and medical advice that has been promoted in the past as being healthy to combat disease. It is obviously not working as heart disease, obesity and diabetes have skyrocketed since the mass introduction of vegetable oils that do not exist in said quantities naturally and carbs have been substituted in all these supposedly "low fat " healthy foods to make it palatable. Also the entire food pyramid is upside down.

A forum participant over there has compiled several articles into a PDF and put it on dropbox.
