Hail took off all cotyledons or any plants with cotyledons and leaves.  Just left a stem, maybe 1/2 to 1 inch long.  Will that stem grow new leaves?  Hit 30-50% of my emerged plants. 

Planted in 30 inch rows, 1 to 1.5 inches deep.   Dropped about 160-161,000.

SE Nebraska. Happened night of Friday May 27th. 

Do not seen any growth on those stems as of this morning.

Had another .5 inch rain last night. Out of the last 8 days we have had 7 with some amount of rain.
