Eastern Iowa | Finished mine this afternoon. I wanted one I could use with the forklift or wheel around the shop by myself. Other than my time, which isn't worth that much most days, I think I have about $300 invested in the project.
I got the rollers from an office and warehouse supply company nearby. A five foot section of used roller table cost me $60, and i have enough leftover to make two more of these if I want to.
The whole idea was to see if I could build one unit capable of working with tires as small as semi tires all the way up to 50 inch dual tractor wheels. We will have to see if I achieved the goal or not. I have no idea whatsoever if it will work, but it looks good!
