Lancaster PA | Not to highjack the thread,but I have another question about working rpms. We have a silage bagger with a 540 pto that we run with our JD 4430. We at some point we would like to get a cheap big tractor to pull a manure tank and run the bagger. The problem is that all the big older JD tractors only have 1000 pto. Would you be able to run a bagger at 540 rpms with a 4840 with an adaptor on the 1000 pto? | |
