We just bought a Char Broil brand "infrared" gill. $300 out the door. Only used it one time so far but I think it will be easy to use because it is not supposed to flame up. You can throw wood chips on the grates if you want more smoke flavor. We had a Holland grill and it was OK but it had issues like the wind would blow out the burner.
They won't flare no matter how hard you try. Have had one for 4 years, no complaints so far. |
