S.C. Wisconsin | Weber makes different grades of gas grills. I would recommend getting the model with cast iron grates which do a better job of searing. A real grill purist will have 2 grills, one like the Weber that has direct heat and one similar to a Holland which has indirect heat. Both have their advantages. Being we are not purist we have a Weber with the cast iron grates. | |
