Extreme SW Minnesota Iowa border | Just got done talking with Verizon. They are having problems with there system***. Apparently, they Data plans are not resetting back to zero. I would make sure you check your phone bill this month. The plans are suppose to reset the 13th of each month. For some reason the system didn't do it this month, and guess what, everyone is getting billed for overages. Took an hour on the phone to get it fixed. Only way I caught it was my daughter broke her phone, and hasn't gotten a new one yet. But, she is already over on usage for the month. Something sounds pretty fishy to me. |
