We have had several times in the past that their "data counter" on our account has gone beserk and said we were using a TON of data when we pretty much had everything on our system shut off. (At one point it was blowing thru 1 GB of data every 2 HOURS!) Wouldn't refund us a dime - said that there must be something on our system using all that data because their counters do not lie. We switched back to a wireless internet provider for our house. It is a bit slower than 4G, but at least it's unlimited usage so we don't end up with overage charges every month. They are digging in cable DSL in this area right now so hopefully by the end of this year we should have very fast UNLIMITED internet. Then I can tell Verizon what to do with their data plans......
