They should be eating more feed. Could cut one of there feedings in half for a while to wean them slower if they only eating 1lb of feed.
If your limit feeding them starter, let them have as much as they will eat. By 8 weeks I can't keep feed in front of mine, they eat there pails empty between feedings.
