I had a large bee hive in a rental house once. It was behind the siding and between the floor joists of the second story. One beekeeper-wannabe guy came in, but the bees came back eventually. I called another beekeeper in, and he got all of them, and the hive. He said he was sure he got the queen, so I guess if you get the queen bee, the other bees will leave.
How to keep bees out of house?
