Kinda fun being the newbie.

Queen or no queen the smell of the comb
will attract a new swarm.

When I take bees out of a house I use
insecticide afterwards.

Only way I know is a trap out.
If there in a wall I Personaly will co2
the wall area then take comb out.

Church not to far from here gets bees
underneath floor.
I tell them I can stop it from happening
but they tell me "u wouldn't stop by then".

Come spring or anytime in the warm months
a hive splits naturaly. Swarm takes
old queen and around half the hive.
Balls up into a bundle of bees and sends out scouts
for a new home.
They love old comb.

Usally bee keep stops a swarm.
A pro is on a dead run with splits and raising
queens. So a swarm is worth something
but to a pro not so much.
They want known genetics and if you can raise
a queen and have a hand full of bees you can raise
more than a swarm.

Beekeepin is all about knowledge.
Your on a dead run an u expect issues
but the dead run hopefully out runs issues.

We are small an we try 10 splits a day
graft etc queens around 30 per day.
Big boys do way way more than that.

Sounds good but you need $5 to get one dollar
out. Race to the bottom.
I teach etc.
Every day like milking cows.
