Having said that: If you are going to use a high Urea nitrogen "low salt" product, then the application below the seed would probably be a good thing. Otherwise do whatever works best for you. In all the 13 years I ran yield trials I was never able to show a significant difference one way or the other. A truly safe product won't need to be split in furrow either. | |
