We are constantly checking battery cables on our trucks after we had one start to burn while the driver was in the bunk. That same week we know of 4 that burned . Some were supposedly internally shorted batteries and others were either battery cables or ECMs. In the case of your western star the ecm wouldn't be a fit since it doesnt have one. My guess is a cable went up
A4t you called it a western star?? Did WHITE have a part in Western Star?
