SCIA | Sounds similar to what my '97 did when one of the shift solenoids was starting to die. Got so it would not shift at all. Has been some time ago, but, IIRC, about mid machine, under neath, between the frame rails, there are four coils that do the shifting. Check them, also could be the ground, or connection plug right there.
Try to find the coils and have some one work the switch. Check for magnetism, clean plugs, trace wires to find ground and clean. | |
