| Sat that's what makes a market, I would not be caught dead short!!
The only reason it is a supply market is because mother mature has blessed the production of grains and oilseeds , as we have proved many times rain and flooding although bad in some spots, is overall very beneficial to crop production,
in corn, Demand has finally come back to levels of 2012 before the drought, at 1.2 billion bushel per month,
comparing carryovers to history becomes muted by the size of demand
eg 1988 carryover of 4 billion bushels 50 percent of yearly consumption or 6 months supply
, vs this year at a rounded up amount of 2 billion bushel which is 6 and a half weeks supply
end users will come in and buy boatloads if this crop gets into any trouble
for these reasons, non technical, I would not be caught short, | |
