Had similar issues with a 74 C60, wheel cylinders were all gummed up and rusted, ended up spending $$$ replaced all wheel cylinders, front and rear, mechanic said typical farm truck, not used enough to keep moisture out and prevent rust in wheel cylinders. Only used mine for harvest and hauled spray water in spring..
