If the turnips are still growing vegetatively when you mow the field, they will definitely keep growing.

the oats will also probably regrow unless you wait until they are all shedding pollen.

How soon are you hoping to drill your beans?

To get food grade bean prices, they will need to be pretty clean.

BTW It looks like you have a bunch of stuff other than oats and turnips growing in your field.

did you plant the stuff circled in the attached pic?
